Adolf Hitler was an Austrian born on 20th April 1889. He converted his nationality to German after 1932. He died on 30th April 1945. He was a Politian, writer, soldier as well as an artist. He was the leader of NSDAP that is known as Nazi party. From 1933-45, he further served as chancellor of Germany. His support resulted mainly because of his promotion of anti-capitalism, Pan-Germanism, anti-communism and anti-Semitism. His transformation of Weimar Republic to Third Reich was what was known as single-party dictatorship.
Nazi forces were known for various violent acts during the WW-II. They were responsible for systematic murder of civilians in huge numbers; the figure going up to 17 million. This included approximately 6 million Jews and 5-1,500,000 Roma. During the final days of Battle of Berlin, Hitler and his mistress Eva Braun got married and within 2 days, they committed suicide to avoid Soviet forces. No doubt, Hitler brings the memories of Holocaust but his government left behind many legacies like Autobahn, rocket technology, jet aircraft as well as Volkswagen.
The religious views of Hitler are still a matter of debate as he himself gave various conflicting statements. Of course it is known that religion and Nazism was complex and it became more disputed when the party rose to power. In the early childhood, Hitler was somewhat catholic because of his mother and father. However, as soon as left home, he never attended any Sacraments or Catholic Mass again. Still, to come up with his religious views is a woolly subject.
